Apartment well located facing the sea. On the other hand, lack of equipment: No elevator, no microwave, no washing machine, no dishwasher, no air conditioning and cramped parking space

Apartment very well located halfway to the beautiful beach of the City Center and the restaurants and shops. Small downside, access by an outside staircase (not mentioned in the description) which, for people prone to vertigo, can cause problems with each
