Let me first say that the owner Francis is one of the best people and most accommodating host I’ve dealt with. Very clean, safe, quiet place on the water. Gated resort with bikes. On the south side of island away from the hustle and bustle. We will be staying here again. We stayed in the Moody Blues cabin and it was so nice clean and all was just great. Highly recommended!!!’n

This property is a hidden treasure. Francis the house host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The property is immaculate, quiet, and peaceful. This is also a great place to stay if you want a nice quiet home cooked meal. I give it a 9 out of 10.

From the moment we arrived on the island, our host Francis, couldn’t have been more welcoming. We had some luggage so he arranged for a larger taxi to bring us to our home for the next five days. That’s what it felt like, home. The cottage was impeccably clean and the bed and other furnishings were more than comfortable! The view from the porch was amazing and it was simply wonderful to spend time on the porch relaxing either on the patio furniture or in the hammock! The location was far enough away to feel secluded but only a short bike ride to town. Bikes included! The charm of Bay Blue cottage was enough to solidify our future plans of returning to Caye Caulker and hopefully to stay at this location again!

This property was special from the beginning. Owner, Francis, picked us up at the water taxi terminal and helped us bring in our luggage. He was informative on good places to eat nearby and the basic layout of the town. The cottage was immaculate, on the ground floor and equipped with coffee, sugar and some beverages. Bikes were provided for us and everyday we went to town to walk the beach, sightsee, grocery shop and eat at restaurants. For $5 US you can get a roundtrip boat ride with your bike across to Northside Caye Caulker where there are several fun restaurants to dine in. There are lounge chairs to sit in on the ocean side of this property where it's also fun to bird watch. We hope to make it back to Blue Bay Cottage some winter in the future.

We stayed in the Blue Cottage Suite, which was a beautiful one bed studio apartment. Much to our chagrin, it rained three of the four days we were there, so we spent a lot of time in the room. I am so happy we were at Francis's home, and not a more traditional hotel type lodging. Lots of windows, two doors, a comfortable bed, TV with Roku, a great kitchen, including full refrigerator, fantastic kitchenware, everything we needed for a stay in room type trip. When it wasn't ready, we made great use of the provided bicycles, which were perfect for tooling around the island. I was very happy with our decision and would recommend this suite to others.

Clean and quiet! Away from busy stuff and you are right on the sunset ocean front!! Francis is an amazing amazing host who provides with everything you need and great tips around island! Highly recommend!

This property is located on one of the best spots on the Island! Quiet yet close to everything! Immaculately kept grounds and cottages! Impeccably clean! Host, Francis is so helpful and has a wealth of knowledge on about everything! We will be returning soon!

This property is unique- a quiet dead end street with fantastic ocean views! Birds and wildlife are easy to observe. After exploring the island, I believe we found the perfect place and host! Bikes were so helpful and Francis, the owner, has thought about every detail to make this a slice of heaven!
