A very large building. Good location, very grand LOBBY but it's a pity that cockroaches are easy to appear as the reviews say, both rooms are. After reporting it, the rooms were changed and checked. The attitude was very good. It's a pity to be disturbed by cockroaches in such a great place, but the properties of this area seem to be like this. The equipment can be seen to have traces of use but it doesn't cause any noise. The water is OK for the first person to wash, sometimes big and sometimes small. It's acceptable for the price. The breakfast is very diverse and not as salty and sweet as other places!

was so slow in processing.
2. The Philippines is like Korea,
220v, but why is the wall electricity
110v...? I asked for a separate adapter,
and they gave it to me.
3. The location is right in front of Ayala Mall, so it's good.
4. The room itself was very satisfying for a family of 5 to sleep in for a day.
5. There was a washing machine, so it was good for doing laundry after the southern tour,
but you have to bring your own detergent.

The location is excellent, next to the Ayala Center, where food, clothing, housing and transportation are all easily accessible. The breakfast buffet has many options and they are all delicious. The service staff are friendly and try to help. You can make an appointment with a masseur for room service. The massage techniques and prices are great. The only drawback is that cockroaches were found in the room, which affected the stay experience.
