Upon arrival at the hotel, no security guard at the entrance and there is no receptionist also. We waited for almost 30 mins for our check in. The room is small comapre to other hotel nearby with the same price range. The lobby smells really good but the room is not kinda smelly but tolerable.

We arrived at the hotel at 2 AM, hoping for a smooth check-in, but they were overbooked. Instead of the Deluxe Room we booked, we were given a room with bunk beds, no towels, and no basic amenities.
I canceled the original booking and booked two more nights, agreeing to pay the price difference once I got the refund. But when we checked out, they asked me to pay the full price for the Deluxe Room, which was 400 pesos more than the online price. This was very frustrating and stressful.
This stay was uncomfortable and not what we expected for a vacation. I would not recommend this hotel.

I love my stay here. It’s very close to everything, Burger King, Raintree Mall, Greenwich, Robinsons Fuente, Mango Square and 7Eleven.
I stayed here after the recent typhoon Tino and I came here for work. I could have hoped the WiFi signal is stronger in a room I stayed at but not, other than that, all is good and the staff are very accommodating despite how busy they are.
If you are to use a WiFi please request for a room where the signal is stronger.

Very Good Location, Staff are so helpful. But the hotel wifi is not good. And one more thing one petrol station front of the hotel.
