Very poor service.. Dirty and have so many cockroaches.. we booked 3 nights here but no choice we spent 2nights and leave .. wifi! you must load the prepaid wifi to use it.. wifi is not free..

+расположение к sm ТЦ с хорошим курсом обмена, северному автовокзалу, ходят mybus в аэропорт за 50 песо
+Интересный вид на город, так как очень высокое здание
+Приятный хозяин, решает вопросы оперативно
+ Можно готовить в номере, есть всё для проживания, посуда
- слабый кондиционер
-не очень чисто в номере
- и огромный минус, который перекрывает все плюсы, очень, очень много тараканов. Я понимаю, это проблема здания, как ни трави, они будут, но это очень страшно. Ночью включаешь свет, их море(((
Я считаю цена должна быть гораздо ниже, с учётом этих фактов. Мы снимали хороший отель около аялы дешевле, а тут тараканы и дороже.
Ещё нюанс для путешественников, лучше заранее связаться с хозяином и спросить номер комнаты. Потому что это не отель,а апартаменты, внизу только охранник и он не знает ничего про ваше бронирование, нужно будет звонить хозяину, что неудобно, если у вас нет местной сим карты.

Being the spoiled American, I was very disappointed upon arrival. I could not get anything to work-A/C tv etc. none of the remotes worked. After the lady came up and helped everything was working. TV reception was poor and we didn’t use it after the initial stay This is my first bnb experience. It is the Philippines so do not expect a 5?star hotel experience. It is adequate for sleeping. Close to the SM mall. Cafe doesn’t offer much. 2 selections for breakfast and 1 for dinner the first day. The small staff was friendly band accommodating band helped with problems. I would stay here again however don’t get your expectations up. It is NOT a relaxing hotel with amenities. It is an affordable place to sleep

dead animals and people where deification in front of my car, windows would not lock on unit, a lot of roaches in room, room smelled of mold and toilet was leaking out on to floor

It was a terrible place to pick for cleanliness, whole place smells mold and sewage, we are gone to the mall all the time since our booking are non-refundable. All
sink drainage are filthy dirty, everytime
you turn the water on the rubbish smelll will
slap you back. I took all my shower at my friend’s house because shower head don’t work. We turn off aircondition and open the window all the time to avoid the molds smell in our room. Luckily we are not far away from SM City mall where we hang out all the tike until we are ready to crash down to bed then we come back to our room.

Excellent location. 5 minutes walk to SM mall. 10 mins drive to Pier 1. Plenty of eateries around.
Unit is big enough and clean. Renovation is a bit dated. Leaking grease trip and TV not working. Excellent WiFi

DIGUSTING treatment of paying customer, bad management...they took prebooking money and ate not answering calls to have the payment returned! Disorganised, dishonest ... I'll stop short of using the word sc***m**, but it certainly seems highly questionable! Check their FB reviews, it is enightening.' This is one to AVOID.
