Hell. Terrible experience. July 2023, in the summer, I booked a room with all the services available for that room written on the website. Then when I got there, they put me in a room without air conditioning, in the summer. When I complained about this, they told me that there should be a problem with the room but that they couldn't do anything about it, to get by they sent a request to the technician for at least the next day. I remember that I paid for this service. Consequence, sleep was impossible, we were dying of heat. Never again.

Hotel un pochino datato, sicuramente meriterebbe una rinfrescata. Camere non insonorizzate, riuscivo a sentire sia la camera vicina che quella ubicata al piano sopra. La camera dispone di un termostato che non funzionava e non ho potuto regolare la temperatura, ad un certo punto della notte mi sono dovuto alzare ed aprire la finestra per il troppo caldo. Letto comodissimo, ottima la colazione e la disponibilità di parcheggio, mi ha particolarmente colpito la fragranza del loro doccia schiuma, spettacolare e buonissimo. Da migliorare sicuramente la preparazione di chi si occupa della reception.

Questa catena di alberghi non può smentire la sua affidabilità ,camera molto grande letto king ,stanza pulita colazione con molta scelta dolce salata caffè o cappuccino preparati in sala colazione e personale gentilissimo e cordiale ampio parcheggio consigli

Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Per quanto riguarda le camere nella media, posteggio gratuito comodo all’interno del peri mento dell’hotel. Colazione a mio avviso migliorabile ma comunque raggiunge tranquillamente la sufficienza.

La peggiore esperienza della nostra vita con un hotel. Prima ci mettono in una camera con i lavori in corso nelle stanze adiacenti (abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo), dopodiché dimenticano di darci i documenti al check out. Personale scortese e supponente (mentre ci stavamo lamentando, rispondevano al telefono). Le stanze non sono minimamente all'altezza di un quattro stelle. I bagni sono bui e vecchi, il letto scomodo e persino la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Calcolando anche il costo, peggio di così non poteva andare. Mai più in un Best Western.
