房間衞生堪憂，衞生間一股尿味，毛巾黃黃的，根本不敢用。被套又黃又臭，因為這個酒店裝修很久了，設施不好可以理解，退房的時候臉圓那個女生，不知道是老闆還是前台，臉臭得像欠她幾百萬一樣，看她那語氣那臉色，無語了......

房卡開不了房門，換了房卡之後也開不了，半夜三四點，前台還跑去喝酒，在門口等了兩個小時，打電話給她還態度不好，感覺是我們欠她幾百萬一樣，真的很難評，嚴重損傷到我們的身心健康。
