Nunca pude ingresar llegue y el hotel cerrado busque algún timbre y no, marque a los números que vienen en Google maps y no contestaron, el número de contacto que me llegó con la reserva era d Guanajuato capital y ahí me dieron número de Veracruz total que me cobraron la noche completa y no más no pude ocupar la habitación.

Pésimo servicio. Están muy mal las instalaciones y el personal peor. En mi habitación no había cobijas y el agua caliente salió en salir. En las recámaras hay poca luz y mi ventana da hacia un terreno sucio. Después de que hicieron la limpieza no dejaron toallas. Tras pedirlas me dijeron que no tenían porque había cupo lleno. Estuvo muy mal el servicio. Por si fuera poco, en la noche llegó un grupo de personas escandalosas que tocó varias veces en mi puerta en la madrugada. Qué susto!
