Best place for families and walkable distance to train station.... budget friendly and friendly staff

The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, in a nice and quiet area. You can take either a bus or train to St Moritz. The room was small but clean, and the shared bathroom was convenient to use. The only challenge is carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs, as there’s no lift. Staff were friendly, and the breakfasts were good.

Of all the places we stayed on the Swiss trip, this was the best. First the location. Right next to SKI slopes! Second the staff. They are the BEST! And Celerina is nice!

We stayed for two nights. There were three beds on the slanted roof in the attic, and we hit our heads on a number of occasions, but the kids were delighted with the unusual sight. There was no elevator, so it was very difficult to carry our heavy suitcases. The breakfast was the same for both days, with one type of ham and cheese, a croissant, and two types of large bread that you cut yourself, but it was delicious and we ate it in a room with lots of sunlight.
