Park Hotel, как всегда, на высоте. Очень вежливое и радушное обслужвание. Номера в отличном состоянии и очень хорошо оборудованы. СПА центр лаконичен, но очень функционален - здесь каждый найдет свой уголок для того, чтобы отдохнуть и расслабиться. Огромный плюс, что можно приехать со своим питомцем.

I would gladly give this hotel a 5-star rating — from the smooth check-in to the incredible spa, which I must highlight as the best spa I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving a glass each to use at the bar. The hotel has a lovely ambiance and is conveniently close to the city center. The only downsides were that the safe in our room wasn’t working and the shower button was broken. However, they do offer an airport transfer for €25, which is quite reasonable. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

Great location with most attractions and city centre less than 10 min away. Room very large with a huge bathroom and large balcony. This hotel is massively let down by management and poor service. I will never go back.

The spa staff are very attentive.
My opinions during my stay:
The female staff at the reception were very attentive and supportive. However, the male receptionists in the morning were quite uninterested, and I don’t think they enjoy their job. I would like to sincerely thank the staff at the spa. While it should have been the reception’s responsibility to help me find a taxi, the spa staff were the ones who assisted me. I thank them once again.
If you go to Park Hotel, make sure to visit the spa — they have excellent masseurs and staff. thank you

🙅 Nope. Its lacking service and they have a odor issue. Nowadays I thought all hotels have a signature scent. Well I can assure you this one doesn’t have one you expect. No one in their right mind would choose body odor for a scent. They need to offer an alternative while they await the city to switch from heat to AC. You can’t control the room temperature. There’s a panel to do so but it actually doesn’t work. Breakfast is lack luster as well. The only decent place is the restaurant and staff kindness and smiles. Customer service you ask they try but don’t succeed at the simplest things. They have nice toiletries, slippers, bathrobes and easy access to Vardar River boardwalk leading to the city center. My suggestion to hotel management get a hotel scent place it in the rooms. Reupholster all fabric surfaces to get rid of the funky body odor and cigarette smoke that’s ingrained in the fabric surfaces and replaced with hard surfaces that don’t capture the horrible smells then you’ll have a good hotel. Enhance your breakfast choices.
