It even featured a small kitchenette and a washing machine in the bathroom, which was a delightful, unexpected bonus. Having just arrived from Belgrade, the breakfast here felt a bit basic in comparison. However, they did offer hot milk and warm boiled eggs, which was still perfectly acceptable. The hotel is located in the new district, so dining options nearby are quite limited. The most convenient choice was the hotel's Western restaurant on the M floor. To explore the old town, you'll definitely need to take a taxi or public transport.

This hotel has the best rooms on this trip! 🏨, bar none! With three bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms, it's perfect for a family of three! It's just a 10-minute drive from the city center, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped!
The view from the window was lovely, and one room had an even better view. It's a shame I only stayed one night in Sarajevo, so I didn't get to experience it in depth! The service was excellent, and they answered all my questions. The deposit was returned upon check-out!
The hotel's underground parking lot costs 10 euros, and at night, you have to use a different entrance, which was a hassle to find! There's free parking nearby, but of course, it's a must-buy for tourists! Also, the breakfast options are limited. For such a high-end hotel, there's no pool, and the in-room washing machine doesn't come with detergent or pods! The flaws outweigh the merits, but overall, it's a good hotel!

The hotel is good and its furniture is very reasonable. The cleaning service is good. The receptionists’ behavior varies from one person to another, but in general it is good. There is a manager at the reception whose behavior is not good and she is sullen. They charged us an extra bed worth 40 euros per night, which we did not use because it was not usable.
