"The service and front desk ladies were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. However, this is not a luxury hotel. The quality is more like a hostel. The bathroom had a sewage drain that smelled awful, made me nauseous and was very bad at night with windows closed and no AC. I had to turn sideways to squeeze into a tiny shower. The building is old and shows its years in wear, the carpet is stained from years of use. The people were lovely, the location excellent but the actual hotel is old and run down."

"Amazing place to stay, close to the historical center of town. There are many good places to see and eat along the embankment. You can also see the castle on top of the hill from many places around the area. The room was comfy and clean, and the receptionists were polite and helpful too."

For personal reasons, I changed my mother's date when I requested the date change, they approved it with a surcharge, I made a mistake when entering the date and they did not want to change it anymore, even though the app tells me that it has availability.
