通過攜程預訂的，4.9-4.30，預付了全款入住時的前台女士很友好。酒店比較新，房間的裝修風格現代簡約。給我的第一間房間裏的浴缸把手是斷的，有鋒利的邊緣，下樓找了前台，給她看了照片，二話不説給換了一間。所以，對酒店的第一印象挺好，4.22日我跟前台説我想以目前房間價格延住到5.27，還是辦理入住的女士幫我做了預訂，並且預授權了3548.44刀。結果，莫名其妙的，4.24號客服服務的員工説前台通知她我當天離店她來收拾房間。非常吃驚的我去前台瞭解情況，當值的前台員工態度比較粗魯，不僅沒有解釋為什麼通知客服部我提前離店，而且告訴我係統裏沒有我延住的預訂訊息，並且沒有房間了。我請她聯繫前一位幫我做預訂的女士瞭解情況。但是她冠冕堂皇的説酒店不可以聯繫非當值員工（其實後面她聯繫了）。接下來這位員工説好不容易給我找了一間房，我可以延住，但是不能是我當前的房費……此處省略一萬字
中間我聯繫了攜程管家，去聯繫酒店關於錯誤的讓我提前離店的原因。管家很負責，聯繫了不同的部門，最後酒店口頭給的解釋是客服部搞錯了，我的訂單沒問題，我住到4.30沒問題。當然應該沒問題呀，我早早就把錢都付了的呀。
雖然酒店後來也是可以降低房費讓我繼續住下去。但是考慮到這混亂的不愉快的經歷，我於4.30離店了。
寫這個評價時，距我離店已經超過24小時，但是我預授權的兩筆款還沒有退回。

Friendly staff members. We just paid for a standard room for 2 but the cleaniness, amentities, and thought that this hotel provided was above and beyond expectation. We are definitely coming back here when we are around the area!

I have stayed at this location multiple times. Each time just keeps getting better! The staff is amazing. I thank them for going above and beyond every time. Especially this time, my car wouldn’t t start, the entire team jumped to help my family and I. Again thank you

This Homewood Suites is well located with easy access to Allentown and Bethlehem. It is very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was terrific with lots of food choices and even included an omelette station. The fitness room was large, clean and had a good selection of machines and free weights. I would recommend this Hilton Homewood Suites to anyone staying in the area.

Literally, right next door to Promenade shops... but given the busy are, you probably wouldn't want to walk it. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but had all the basics you could want -- and a nice sitting area to enjoy it. Suite had couch, table and full kitchen. Overall, a pleasant stay. I would stay there again.

Great place. But the room had 1/2 curtains. Nice but outside my room was a parking lot security light. The bed was lit all night w no way to block the light. I reported the issue to the desk.
