Grand Z Hotel Casino by Red Lion Hotels

Grand z hotel is a 2 star hotel charging $25 per day resort fees(this is no resort). Nearly no amenities! They literally removed the coffee maker and microwave from the rooms. Forcing guest to the ****** floor for free coffee and over priced poor qaulity food is a greedy inconsiderate ploy to try and get more money from the hotel guest. Also, room service will wake you up every morning regardless of the Do not disturb sign on your door. They are very loud and unprofessional in the hallways. This hotel is certainly not worth the $134 per night I was charged.

Overall we like this hotel for the price can’t be beat!

If the room is old, at least it should be clean. My husband and I stayed here for our 31st wedding anniversary and immediately upon getting into our room, I wanted to check out. There were mystery stains on 2 walls, dust in the bathroom around the toilet and stains on the bedskirt. We reserved a deluxe king room, and I was VERY, VERY disappointed. We’ve had a better stay at a Holiday Inn Express. The bed tables were damaged like someone was chewing on them. The lighting was dim, the shower glass was cloudy and water stained. I didn’t sleep at all. The time was enjoyable only because of being with my husband. Again, if the rooms are old, the least they could be is clean!

Everything was great except the beds and pillows are some of the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on. I thought the ameristar was bad this one is even worse.

Room was inadequate and desperately needing upgrades. Elevators to parking garage out of order. Restaurant staff unpleasant and food was cold

Hotel room was ok. Could definitely tell pets had stayed in my room before. Breakfast service was terribly slow, just from my waiter. After an hour of waiting for my food and no water refill during that time, I decided to leave.

Staff was friendly. Room’s can be remodeled. Needs to be more modern to compete with new hotels nearby. Beds were uncomfortable. Not too much pressure when flushing toilet.

Mary Kay welcomed us to the hotel and was very efficient in checking us in and letting us know where to go. First time staying here as everywhere else was sold out. Will be back.
