Hotel Ashoka International - Near Ganga Ram & Blk Hospital at Karol Bagh Metro Station

Amenities are not as mentioned in amenities descriptions. There is no Bath tub, and Bathroom has no hot water, seems geyser is non functional. In this cold winter, room don’t have a room heater. I asked for a additional blanket to keep ourselves warm, but provided us with blanket cover saying they don’t have additional blanket

Worst property, I am using since more than 10 years this is my worst experience, I will suggest all your costumers don’t book the same

The room we stayed in was in a very bad situation. The bathrooms are horrible . Felt like vomiting that we didn’t end up using the room only. Very bad experience.

Service so good as there was a good staff available in this hotel, and there was also a lift so that we were not tired of going upstairs and getting down. And near to this there were many which served so good. And the average thing was the room because as we compared to other rooms it was average. Many restaurant

I had terrible experience while staying at this hotel. Stinky room. Dirty bedsheets. Pan masala stains on room wall. Most important they provide complementary breakfast after buying it from street vendors road side. They have accepted the same when countered. Very bad experience. I will recommend this hote to anyone.

The staff was found very irresponsive, lot's of basics things were not in place 1. Telephone was dead, 2. Doorbell was not working 3. The blanket inside the cover was dirty and smelly 4. Refrigerator was not working and not replaced/repaired after the complain. 5. Water tap was located on very height, you have to stand up to close the tap during taking bath. 6. Shower was not there 7. Only 1 tube light and was not giving enough light in room. 8. Ac remote and tv remove was kept without cells in side 9. Lift was not working properly and found very risky -door was having issue. 9. Manager was rude.
