Nice stuff, very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. Location also good, close to city center and metro station front of the hotel. My best experience in Delhi.

I stayed at Go Stop Hostel. It’s amazing and very close to the Delhi Gate Metro, which is a huge advantage for travelers. The reception staff are friendly, and the area even has a work-friendly space. However, if you don’t mind, fixing the bed bugs is important—it was a real nightmare.

This is one of the best hostel in Delhi. It is situated in front of Delhi Gate Metro Gate no. 3. I am staying frequently at this place and always found the property neat and clean. At this hostel staff specially Ashutosh is very helpful and professional.

We checked-in to two dorms (Room No. 102 and 203). The dorm was filled with mosquitoes. We raised complaints on the app, there was no response from the property manager. Disgusted! We decided to check-out. At reception, we shared our grievance but all the receptionist said was "Okay. Bye." That's GoStops Customer Service, new lows indeed. I have been staying in this property since 2018. Now, it disheartens me to see that they can't even provide a clean and insects-free dorm to their guests. Also, the zero help from the hotel staff was very disappointing.

It was really good to see a hostel in India similar to European standards. They really have good location close to Metro, monuments, famous streets. Have amazing owner were there all the time since it was new opening I guess Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful specially cleaning, kitchen and bar. Front Desk staff seems a bit over confident . Highly recommended to everyone. I am not sure but I felt that they focus more on Foreigners than Indian citizens. I may be wrong? Love to visit again for sure

They had pathetic cancellation policy, even after informing them 2 days prior they are not ready to give refund. Though it was a family emergency & they took 11K for 3 days stay. They are worst then thieves. They are not even bother to listen to the kind of emergency we faced.

We stayed at the goSTOPs hostel for two nights and had an overall good stay. The location literally just meters outside the Delhi Gate (Exit 3) metro station is brilliant and makes getting around Delhi using the metro very easy. Staff was helpful and friendly and always available when we needed them. The private room we had was clean, however could use a renovation as it is very used by now. Our room was close to the common room and the outside seating, so there was some noise during the night, as somewhat expected in a hostel. Overall a good hostel choice in Delhi.

The staff was very friendly and I liked the common room, the room had a good shower. The private room had cockroaches and bugs in the bed, this was a horrible experience for me. Next time I will not stay in a hostel in Delhi, this was the second hostel for me with cockroaches. I feel they should do something about the building, because it is outdated and the coackroaches come in to the cracks of the walls and the moldy walls. So please fix these kind of things and remove the mold. It will be a way more pleasant stay for guests.
