I had an excellent stay at hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. All necessary amenities were provided and plus point was location

Location of hotel was nice, ambiencs is also good. Food was good. But the only problem was, the room space area was less as comparison to room charges. The area of room is pretty small. At the same cost they could provide the large room as other hotels with same facilities

Very close to metro station and Karol Bagh market. Decent size room, but there was no ventilation. Also the lights in the room was inadequate.
The person managing the breakfast was rude and one had to wait a long time just to get the required quantity of serving.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
