Great hotel. Deluxe room was not very deluxe, but basic. Bathroom not really clean. But for Indian standards a great, safe hotel with very friendly staff.

Nice staff as they allowed early morning check in.. Food was tasty.. Best location near karol bagh metro station and market. Rooms were neat and clean.. On road hotel for easy access. I will recommend for peace full stay.. Good hotel in karol bagh..

I stayed here twice at the start and end of my trip for a wedding with a number of friends, 6 nights all up. The only reason I gave one star was the staff were really good. However the hotel it's self not so much. Breakfast was very poor and limited and not very good. There was a number of issues with Internet which was very frustrating and the rooms themselves were not very clean. Toilet was not clean when I arrived and there was no toilet paper or shower supplies. Shampoo is really hard to open. Also hot water takes a long time to come on and when it does it's only for a few minutes. I had to have several cold showers. The rooms all smelt damp. The towels were old and need replacing. The restaurant food was nice but once again limited as equipment was not working. The last night of my first stay I noticed strong smell of smoke and noticed it was coming from where my fridge was meant to be which was actually a crawl space into the next room. As I said you pay for what you get still a bit over priced.

It was a awesome accommodation and absolutely stunning stay in good times hotel.However hotel was suggested by my friend who stays in Delhi.The support staff and luxurious interior of rooms makes me n my family so addicted that we want to visit soon.Food was hygiene n best in quality. Mannerless and goon typed receptionist (Rakesh) who calls and thinks he's the owner of the hotel. He has no manners or sense to behave with the customer. Absolute disaster!! 0 for hospitality! The room service doesn't bother to clean the room if you aren't available or sleeping at 9-10 am! Like seriously?

Best family hotel in Karol bagh delhi. I was 4 nights here felt comfortable and familiar environment. Staff was helpful. Food was good and pocket friendly. Rooms were clean. Location was near market and Karol bagh metro. 2.5 km from new delhi railway station.

Stayed here as a female solo traveler. It is not safe. My first night I had men trying to break into my room while they knew I was inside. Started with knocking and calling through the door late at night and progressed to trying to open and force the door. It was a horrible experience and I ran away from the hotel the following morning when it got light outside. I paid for three nights but only stayed one. DO NOT stay here!!!
