This was our very first experience with you. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant one. Quality of all the basics like - 1. Door mat - none in the room
2. table & chair - none in the room
3. mirrors - none in the room
5. holes in the door of washroom
6. bucket + mug - none in the wash room.
7. each washroom was faulty. Either there was nothing to lock it or no door handle or no bucket mug in it.
8. defective locking system of door in the room
9. side table in every room broken.
10. no odonil in any toilet.

The hotel rooms are very small. In the balcony rooms, there was no storage space. The fixtures and the glass on the wall are almost falling down. The situation of the washroom is very bad. The only reason for stay here can be the location. For the facilities and the build of the place it should be half the current asking price.

The experience was worse than bad, the rooms were not clean, the bathroom doors didn't have any locks, their bathrooms were very dirty, the rooms had cigarette smell in them, the beds were untidy

Location is not easy to locate. It is in a maze of narrow lanes. Staff was very polite and helping. Amenities were average. Mosquitoes were troublesome. There was no night lamp in the room.

I booked a 2 interconnected room but manager didn't provide the room. He provide me the 2 saperate room with dirty towel. Washroom was in very bad condition. The room was having only double bad with dirty badsheet and tv.
