Had Booked a 1 bedroom appartment on 31 okt -2 nov at Parkroyal. At arrival I was surprised by getting upgraded to a 1 bedroom executive appartment.Thank you Lady's from the reception. Very nice appartment at the 73 th floor on nr 19 with compleet kitchen,wasmachine and very spacious with a view over the city.Very modern and clean.Staff was very kind and helpfull.Specially Angie at the door was very helpfull.Close by 2 big shoppingmalls.The only little thing is the breakfast that doesn't fit the antourage of the beautifull hotel.Me for sure will come back here.

Excellent new hotel with modern facilities and very clean rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during my husband’s illness — they truly went the extra mile to assist us. Highly recommend for its warm hospitality and attention to detail.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Park Royal Serviced Suite Jakarta. The location is perfect, right near Bundaran HI with malls and the MRT within walking distance. We were delighted with our high-floor unit overlooking the city — such a beautiful view! The room was well-kept and nicely decorated, thanks to the attentive housekeeping team, Anna, Ayesha, Kezia, and the friendly FO team. All the staff truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon trip memorable. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we would love to come back again in the future!

We had a pleasant 4-night stay at Park Royal Serviced Suites Jakarta. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, which made our stay feel even more comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the overall service. The breakfast spread, while not offering a huge variety, had just enough options to satisfy us. What we really liked is that the menu changed daily, so it didn’t feel repetitive at all. One thing we felt was missing was a kids’ playroom or more activities for children within the hotel. It would have been great to have more kid-friendly facilities, especially for families staying longer. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely consider staying again!

The Aircon in the room kept switching off by itself and we had to get the technician up to fix it twice in the middle of the night. The pillows are very soft and collapse under my head. Doesn't give any support to the neck. Very poor sleep quality as a result. Swimming pool water is freezing cold. Otherwise, very beautiful room and view at room 7516.

We had a pleasant 3-nights stay at Parkroyal Jakarta :) Staff were very friendly and service was great! Located right beside Agora Mall, very accessible to grab coffee. Location was also walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. We stayed at the 81st floor, view was beautiful!

Fancy staying at the tallest hotel in jkt? This is THE HOTEL! Swimming was at level 71 in a very very clean and aesthetically pleasing pool. check in and check out process was equally smooth too!

Outstanding service overall! The frontline staff are incredibly professional and helpful. Special shoutout to Agung from the concierge who went above and beyond helping us with a SIM card issue - truly exceptional service. Thank you concierge for the lovely welcome cake - such a thoughtful gesture that made our arrival extra special. Room service and housekeeping were both excellent throughout our stay. Only minor feedback: breakfast staff at M residents lounge during peak hours could be more friendly. Had one concerning incident where a young female staff member with glasses came from behind and shoved her tray onto the coffee counter while I was making coffee. The tray hit my arm and was literally thrown onto the counter - no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever, which was quite shocking. Despite this small issue, highly recommend this property. Agung's outstanding service alone makes it worth staying here again.

We celebrate honeymoon a excellent choice as they create a event for us. Beautiful view on high floor . One bedroom with full apartment service . Gym & pool on level 71. Level 90 there bar and Japanese restaurant . Location walk to Plaza Indonesia . We go again
