Aloft Jakarta Wahid Hasyim

My whole experience at Aloft was phenomenal. I was welcomed with warmth, big smile and hospitality. EVERY STAFFS made my exhausted trip became amazing. From eveyone one from the front desk (thank you for your patience with me with the room changing and I forgot my key sometimes 😅), the restaurant, housekeeping (especially Ozi for the adorable turtle and warm note), securities, and literally everyone. Room was nice, I booked larger room, however, if you are sensitive with the noise, it is not recommendable as it is near the morque or you will hear the elevator sound (and the TV doesn't have Netflix or Youtube, 😭) , and this is the only disadvantage I see. Aloft is near with food street (plenty of mini marts) and bigger malls like Serinah (7 mins walk) or Grand Indonesia (10-15 by car). Laundry service is free (please make sure if it is in your package), fast and smell so good. Overall, 9.9/10 for my stay

Love the breakfast spread! Room is clean. We automatically get free late checkout which is so accomodating

the hotel is located in the central of Jakarta and the breakfast is superb nice.

What impressed me with this hotel was the staff. Every single one of the staff( from guards, to F& B crew,to reception & bellboys) served from their heart & always with a smile. The selection for breakfast was inclusive of local , asian & western. Wide range of drinks, including herbal juices & fresh juices. Location wise, walkable to Sarina Mall and along the way, there are local street food . But as a tourist,it may be safer to eat at the mall restaurants. Cheap and delicious. The downside was the pool was strangely small and by the eating area. Room was decent size, there was a strange smell with one of the pillow and the towel looks greyish. Note that there'll loud prayer calls from nearby mosque. That works me daily

First impressive was great..! Checked in checked out was smooth, all staffs were helpfull and responsif, great!! The breakfast menus variatif, room spacious with nice interior design n they r provide "guling" which is awesome..the parking area also big,, the pools was small but thats ok.

Business trip, my choice in JKT. Good location, reasonable price.
