I have stayed at this hotel several times before; however, on this occasion, I am truly disappointed.
Upon checking into our room, we found a greeting card along with pastries placed on the table. At first, we assumed it was a warm welcome gesture for us. However, we later realized that the name on the card belonged to someone else. We were unsure whether the rooms had been switched or if there had been another mistake, so we contacted the staff. He apologized and said someone would come to collect the card and items. As it was already 9:30 PM, we had to wait. When the staff member arrived, he seemed unaware of the issue and asked how he could help. After a long and tiring day, it was exhausting to explain everything again, so we simply allowed him to take the items.
The following day, we discovered that the room amenities were incomplete, and even the hairdryer was missing. We had to call again to request it, which unfortunately caused us to be late for breakfast.
I am not sure whether there have been recent changes in management, but sadly, this has been an unfortunate experience for us.
