Grand Hyatt Jakarta

Amazing service. Was greeted at the door like I was already known. Check in was 3pm and I arrived at 11am, asking if a room was available. I was told a room was indeed available, but if I wanted to wait an hour at the Grand Club (which I had access to with my booking) I could get a higher floor. I chose to wait. Grand Club access was well worth it. Amazing selection of breakfast and dinner choices as well as cocktails. Clean, quiet with beautiful views of the city - perfect space to work during non meal times. Room was spacious and clean. Room kept clean while I was away. Amazing facilities - spa and gym. Friendly staff and always greeted whether it be concierge, cleaners, waiters, door staff, security. Central location. Beautiful views of city. Very affordable for the service received. 10/10 will return.

The best hotel in JKT! Spacious and well maintained room and utilities, friendly and welcoming staff, and strategic location- basement access to plaza indonesia, walking distance to grand indo, thamrin city mall, towards Sarinah mall, next to train station. We upgraded room for a perfect bundaran view!

This is the perfect hotel for luxury and convenience in Jakarta. Location was perfect being connected to the Plaza Indonesia Mall and a short walk to Grand Indonesia. The MRT station is just outside the hotel. Service levels from all staff was excellent. Amenities were also great. A true 5 star experience.
