Asyana Kemayoran Jakarta

Overall it was a pleasant stay for two nights. Asyana hotel has a comfortable environment: We sat by the poolside and enjoyed the gentle wind blowing and while sipping a glass of refreshing lemonade. The room was basic and clean. There were plenty of food choices for breakfast, too. The hotel restaurant also serves nice and reasonably cheap food till 11pm. The location of the hotel is strategic and one can travel to places of attractions in Central Jakarta by e-hailing cars easily.

We had a pleasant stay at Asyana Kemayoran Jakarta during our recent trip to Jakarta. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The room was well-maintained, cozy, and provided all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to access various attractions and business areas around Jakarta. Overall, it was a satisfying experience with good value for money. The room was quite small but clean, so it was comfortable enough for our stay. The Wi-Fi was really slow, so we couldn’t rely on it. The breakfast for the additional child was affordable, but it wasn’t particularly good. We really enjoyed the room service, the kids’ corner, and the swimming pool. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed here as a solo female traveler and felt safe during my stay. The breakfast was really tasty too. The only downsides were that my capsule key card kept malfunctioning, so | had to keep going back to reception to get it fixed, which became frustrating. Also, one of the reception staff members wasn't very friendly and came across as a bit rude. Thankfully, the other staff were helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a good stay especially if you're traveling alone as a woman

Had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and enjoyable.

This place could be a lot better by fixing a few small things. Originally we were given good impressions at first sight but when we spent a couple nights we noticed more defects as the nights went on. Firstly, I need to mention the smell of the towels. Each day we were given new towels and for all 4 days the towels had a smell of rotten eggs. We used the the first day but we could not use the the following days as the smelled so bad we were gagging when trying to use them. This had a knock on effect of the bathroom smelling bad which even lingered out to the room. Secondly, the bed sheets were no longer white you could tell the were being used for a long time as the had started to turn grey and had some pre-existing stains in them. So with these two things we were immediately concerned with the cleanliness of the hotel. Next, the breakfast, I mean there is a decent selection of Indonesian food but there is basically no international or western selection other than toast or cereal which was disappointing only making us decide to have breakfast once despite paying for 4 days. Last of all the window seals are open. On our first day we experienced heavy rain in Jakarta, we were in the room at the time and realised that the rain start seeping through the window on to the floor as seen in the images. Overall, with these things and the not so great location we were let down with our stay and would not stay here again.

Would highly recommend it for solo travellers. Since the capsules were modern and spacious. Plus, you get breakfast.

Near to city centre. Everything was okay. It just we need to wait 30minutes for them to get the room ready even though we check in around 5.30pm. But they said its because of peak season. So yeah nothing much can do about it. We just wait. The rest is good. Breakfast also good.
