Amenities limited Room is large however too many cockroaches.

Superb service from housekeeping all the way to concierge. The concierge even gave me a call to check if I have retrieved my misplaced valuable. 🔥

My recent stay at The Acacia Hotel & Resort Jakarta was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition: the light was broken, there were ants and cockroaches, the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was very unclean — totally unacceptable, especially for a Muslim guest who needs proper cleanliness. On top of that, I booked and paid for a King Size bed, but I was given a small single bed instead. The hotel failed to provide a clean, comfortable room, and Trip.com did not resolve the issue during my 2-night stay. This experience was far below the 4-star standard advertised.

The AC is a bit hot. But the room is very comfy and spacious

The bathroom was not clean. Towels appeared to be really old.  Elevator is pretty old, if you don’t hold the button open, the door will close up on you.

Hotel is in central Jakarta, great for business and travel. Room is big, nice and comfy place to be.

Got a room that was infested with baby roaches, and they switched rooms for me in the middle of the night because I am tired of catching them. Was changed to a smoking room, and it is also infested with roaches, just a little less. I got so tired I just didn't bother anymore. They only have like 1 staff at the counter and takes forever for anyone to check in or anything done.

interior lobby are nice and clean. but not in room. for 1st night i found 3 cockroaches, i asked for cleaning next morning but they just clean the bed sheet. not the floor.. so ive to complaint again about the cleanness. 2nd night the hotel r blackout except for lobby. but they didnt tell us how many hours to wait. ive to call FO to check, luckily can call them. too bad cus didn’t receive any apology from them. concierge team r nice.
