Had a great stay there! Thank you for the excellent service. The staff were friendly, and while the menu wasn’t very extensive, the food was excellent and well-prepared with great attention to cleanliness. Thank you Ashley Tanah Abang! 🫣👍🫶

Made my reservatio iin last minute, but thanks to Shireen who allow me to do early check in at 12PM. The hotel is pretty much new, beautifully decorated, you can see it from receptions desk. Has an indoor swimming pool that is located as a center of attention, I would say. I booked superior queen and the room is spacious. AC, hot water, hair dryer, kettle, are provided along with some sugar, tea, and instant coffee. I booked in Ramadhan and they provide suhoor which has quite much selections. The service is warm, and all smiles. The location is pretty much strategic in the heart of the city. The only minus I would say is the TV channels but you can enjoy Netflix though, so nevermind.

Strategically located at Tanah Abang walking distance to Pasar Tanah Abang..room are clean and convinient..sahur breakfast were great..front desk lady is beautiful..and help me change small note rupiah as well..buka puasa drink jahe juice very2 nice..

We stayed at Ashley Tanah Abang for 5 days and 4 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was modern and spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well which made our stay relaxing after a long day of shopping. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It is very close to Tanah Abang Market, just a short walking distance, which made it extremely convenient for us to spend time shopping for Raya clothes and textiles. The area is also close to other shopping places like Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The facilities such as the gym and swimming pool were also good, and the hotel overall feels modern and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and perfect for anyone who wants to shop at Tanah Abang or explore central Jakarta. We would definitely stay here again.

Great services. Nice smell when entering the lobby. Quite good breakfast menu. I enjoyed them. The room is great, clean and tidy.

Sheet was stained. Concierge shared that the marks were from the washing machine. Concierge attempted to rectify the situation by changing sheets (pictured, sheets left by housekeeping) and proposing to swap rooms. Overall, still a pleasant experience as concierge did their best in managing the situation. May still return as I believe it’s a one off incident.

I had a pleasant stay at The Ashley Tanah Abang. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially if you want to visit Tanah Abang Market because it is very close. The room was tidy and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay with good service and a convenient location.

Location close to Tanah Abang and other shopping destinations

The location is just walking distance to Tanah Abg . Good place to those who frequent there. Food choice was Simple basic and pleasant.. Very clean smells nice.. warm and cosy place to stay in. Swimming pool have a heater function. Have a washing machine tho there will always be a que for it so plan it well. Personal preference wish that hand held water bidet could be included on top of the toilet bowl bidet and mirror in the room area could be included instead of just the bathroom. Overall love my stay there and will sure to come back again.
