This is the perfect hotel for luxury and convenience in Jakarta. Location was perfect being connected to the Plaza Indonesia Mall and a short walk to Grand Indonesia. The MRT station is just outside the hotel. Service levels from all staff was excellent. Amenities were also great. A true 5 star experience.

The location and amenities are superb. Its easy to go around the area. Popular malls all are within walking distance.

Great hotel great location great staff , especially I have to mention Miss Lina at front dest she was exceptional helped and even updated my city view to landmark view room for free and Mr Andre helped me to check in and also Mr Alfa was a good assistance I strongly recommend this hotel for it’s service and excellent staff

Great location, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and the highlight was the amazing service from all employees, the service level was one of the best I’ve experienced in recent years

Quick response to a musky smell in the room, service with a smile, and good vibes all around. A very pleasant trip, the breakfast spread was very good.
