Lovely hotel and a great service. Quiet room and very cozy. Spent time at the gym daily, it is complete and well maintained. Many good japanese restos nearby. Also given late check out since my check in was late. Thank you!

I recently stayed at AYANA MidPlaza and was impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the front desk team. When I experienced noise disturbance from the neighbouring room late at night, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They immediately arranged a room change without hassle or unnecessary questions.
Their efficiency and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay. Bravo to the team for the great service — it shows their commitment to guest comfort.
Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

The Ayana MidPlaza hotel is perhaps one of the swankiest hotels that I have ever been too. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay more comfortable. As it was the night of our wedding, we even got a special cake as a present, which I must add was absolutely delicious. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bathroom amenities were also perfect. I will absolutely stay here again one day and I am really looking forward to it. Thanks for the great work and professionalism.

Though overall of the hotel services and housekeeping is good, the sound proof of the room needs improvement. I can even hear the noise from corridor and when the water pipes are turned on. The main room door and toilet door closing are affect med when neighbouring guests opened and closed their doors.
