Hotel need to be refurbished a bit, they dont supply bottled water as you have to get your water from the dispenser located at the corridors, a bit inconveniet if you arrive late and tired. But maybe good if you with family as drinking water is unlimited

My stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.

Hotel location is not far from train station and very easy to reach the main city of Semarang.
Nice view to pool from 5th Floor.
Resto served very various food.
Should stay again next time

Nice friendly hotel with nice room; there is a convenient store located across the street, but no restaurant within walking distance.

Overall the Hotel was okay. The location and orice was great for business traveller like myself. However, a few things needed improvements. First, the room had a musty smell which is strong at first but your nose will get used to it. Secondly, the aircon was not cold at all, it felt like a breeze. Lastly, although the breakfast varieties were great, the place was too small. We had to wait a while to get an empty table
