Overall the Hotel was okay. The location and orice was great for business traveller like myself. However, a few things needed improvements. First, the room had a musty smell which is strong at first but your nose will get used to it. Secondly, the aircon was not cold at all, it felt like a breeze. Lastly, although the breakfast varieties were great, the place was too small. We had to wait a while to get an empty table

Front staff service is very polite. They provide excellent and quality breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces. Keep it up, thank you.

The hospitality, cleanliness, and amenities provided were commendable and made our trip very enjoyable. However, I regret to inform you that our otherwise pleasant stay was disrupted on our final night. Without prior notice or permission, one of your housekeeping supervisors entered our room abruptly. This unexpected intrusion not only compromised our privacy but also left us feeling uncomfortable and surprised, especially considering the high standard of service we had experienced throughout the rest of our stay. We understand that housekeeping plays a critical role in maintaining the hotel, but we believe that guests’ privacy and consent should be respected at all times. We kindly ask that this matter be looked into and appropriate measures taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. We hope to return in the future under better circumstances.

Superb place to stay - value for money!

Had a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing

This hotel really nice to me, and the staff, security is nice to me

Hotel is situated in a good location, but hotel is a bit old and needs renovation, the room have a old wed smell to it. But the staff was friendly and service was good, breakfast alot to choose from but quality was not so good. Better smaller selection but improve quality of food.
