I stay over at this hotel a lot. It advertise itself as a business hotel, but I do not think the employees always understand how business people operate. I set my day in accordance with how early I can leave the hotel in the mornings, which is heavily dependent on breakfast times. I again had to miss breakfast this morning, as at 06H35 there still was no coffee and no chef was available for eggs, omelets etc. the area was not even prepared at that time. The hotel advertise that breakfast starts at 06H30. They used to be very lax, then it got better and now it is back to slow mow. It must either change the breakfast time to that expected for a tourist experience, or JUST KEEP TO THE TIME I am really disappointed with this visit.

Hotel was clean, well positioned, staff were friendly. Breakfast was great, but the dinner meal was overpriced and could do with some improvement. I would recommend having evening dinner at the nearby mall where there are a number of eateries.

Wish the hotel could be kids friendly with games. A smoking area, carports by the reception side. Swimming pool area is too small.

Friendly staff from reception up to bartenders, and wow, how can I forget the waiter's and chefs. Keep it up good people. NB: please take note of the following burning issue's. Smelling lake around your business isn't good at all. Wifi coverage isn't good as well.

The establishment is very well maintained, clean, welcoming and beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My go-to place when travelling to Pretoria for over 8 years now.
