Latin Americans are warm and welcoming, and the service provided by hotels in Bolivia is also remarkable, with no obvious differences. The location is not too good, it's next to the carousel, it's convenient to take a taxi, and there's a burger restaurant opposite. There is a swimming pool behind the hotel, which is said to be constant temperature. I have never been there, but you can try it if you bring relatives and friends.

Room was dark only window was to the interior hall which we couldn’t open as people walked all day. Bed small and room very tiny even though it had a small living area the room seem claustrophobic

Fist day we go out come back exhausted at 6:30PM to find the room was NOT cleaned. Missed my hair apt as I couldn't shower got no real apology. For a 5 star I expect a lot more

Well, like everything else in life all good things come to an end. I’ve been staying in this hotel for five years, it is the only hotel that I stay in when I come to Cochabamba. And just like everything else in Bolivia they start off really well and then quality goes down the hole with time. My room and everybody’s room to my understanding comes with free breakfast. When I went to go have breakfast they told me it was not included in my room, and that I had to pay for it. That’s OK cause it’s not that good anyway so I went to go eat somewhere else. I stayed for two nights and I could not used to pull any of the two nights. They tell me they’re heating it up and it takes one whole day to heat up. I stayed here from Thursday through Friday there’s not much to do in this town, and every time I come here I stay in the pool most of the time. Don’t give me that crap! Plus the guy that took care of me at the beginning when I checked in was clueless on customer service. What a shame that once a good hotel is turning to crap 💩!!!!

No es un hotel 5 estrellas. Habitación y baños muy pequeños. Muchas habitaciones tienen poca iluminación. Demasiado ruido en los pasillos. La atención del personal se rescata,al igual que el desayuno. La piscina es buena. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación en 2 oportunidades.
