Isolation phonique horrible (conversation téléphonique de la chambre voisine très clairement audible, portes qui claquent). Douche au lieu d’une baignoire Chiens “autorisés” SAUF dans le parc, dans l’espace bar, au restaurant alors que dans le parc, se trouvent des détritus au sol (mégots de cigarettes, paquets de kleenex, morceaux de plastiques ; mon chien est 1000 fois plus propre). La seule poubelle se trouve dans la salle de bain. La luminosité est nulle, on ne voit rien ! Seulement deux prises de courant dans la chambre et pas de prise multiple possible après demande à la réception. Réceptionniste limite mal aimable Design intérieur digne des années 60/70 et encore je suis généreuse ! Bruit de la route sympa quand on essaye de faire dormir un enfant en bas âge. Pas d’oreiller supplémentaire dans l’armoire. Odeurs pestilentielles d’égouts dans la salle de bain dès notre arrivée (avant que nous ne nous servions des toilettes je précise…) En bref, FUIYEZ !!!!!!

The downside is if you want to walk to the center of the town, you have to go about 500 meters along the shoulder of the road and it is quite dangerous. The hotel is a little old, but it has been remodeled in parts and in general everything is correct. The rooms are not large, but they have everything you need. They are well insulated from the outside, since the noise from the road is incessant. It has a non-heated outdoor pool, and a large garden-outdoor play area where weddings or events are frequently held. The breakfast is very good and varied. The only bad thing is that the dining room is on different levels, and to serve your food you have to go up/down some steps and it is complicated especially if someone has reduced mobility. Magnificent attention from the staff in general.

Solo pasamos una noche. Habitación cuádruple cómoda para ir en familia con adolescentes (eran dos habitaciones que se comunicaban, cada una con su cuarto de baño). Se oía un poco el tráfico, pero bien aislado con las ventanas cerradas. Entorno agradable (piscina, campo de fútbol, vistas a la montaña). Parking gratuito en la puerta del hotel. Personal de recepción muy servicial. Nos dejaron seguir disfrutando de las instalaciones incluso después de la hora de salida. Desayuno correcto, abundante. Faltaban piezas de fruta, pero había ensalada de frutas frescas. Solo un pequeño detalle : no nos dejaron sentarnos para el desayuno en una mesa con mejor vista porque, según nos dijeron, estaba reservada. Una hora más tarde, cuando acabamos de desayunar, seguía sin haber nadie.

El hotel esta en la entrada de Puigcerdà, perfecto porque el acceso es muy cómodo, pàrquing amplio y gratuito con opción a habitación para cargar las bicis y dejar los trastos. La habitación muy amplia, cómoda, limpia y acogedora.
