Siamo rimasti purtroppo delusi dal nostro soggiorno. La jacuzzi, che era uno dei motivi principali per cui avevamo scelto questa struttura, non funzionava, e non ci è stato possibile utilizzarla. Inoltre, in bagno mancava il phon, e non siamo riusciti ad asciugarci i capelli per una sera, il che è stato piuttosto scomodo. Mancavano anche piccole cose utili come una bilancia per pesare il cibo e una scopa per poter spazzare il pavimento, il che ha reso difficile mantenere l’appartamento in ordine. Non ci tornerei.

2024 Komplet neu Renoviert… wir waren im September 24 erst die zweiten Mieter im Apartment no 3 .. ein Traum … und eine perfekte Lage .. mit privatem Parkplatz vor dem Haus .. sehr gediegenes Objekt das wir gerne wieder besuchen werden..unsere wohnung war im Parterre mit Sicht auf den Kanal und all die Bote

Quest’anno abbiamo soggiornato nei nuovisismi bilocali al piano terra ed è stato magico cenare in giardino ammirando le barche ormeggiate di fronte alla struttura. Sistemazione perfetta per Cervia/Milano Marittima. Pulizia voto 10. Torneremo sicuramente

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere sia la spiaggia che il centro oltre a vasta scelta tra bar e ristoranti. Possibilità di fare la spesa a due passi e, soprattutto, al mercato del giovedì. Vista incantevole dal terrazzo sul porto canale di Cervia. Servizi adeguati, dotazione appartamento soddisfacente. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato sia insonorizzazione infissi che la possibilità di usufruire delle bici per spostarsi liberamente in città.

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze nell'appartamento a piano terra, si trova in posizione strategica con vista sul canale di Cervia e a pochi passi dal centro. Tutto è stato perfetto! Dalla pulizia all'arredamento, il giardino privato (graditissimo), le stoviglie, la biancheria da letto e da bagno e il posto auto. Tutto ok! Fabio e tutta l'equipe sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta , per questo li ringraziamo infinitamente. Sicuramente torneremo.

Posto eccellente con vista sul canale di Cervia davvero suggestiva. Centro e locali a due passi dagli appartamenti . Ordine , pulizia e confort garantiti . Il proprietario davvero gentilissimo : abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema all’auto nel parcheggio interno e si e’ prestato subito ad aiutarci a sistemarla . La domenica siamo partiti come quando siamo arrivati ! Grazie a Matteo e a tutto il suo staff per cordialità , attenzione al cliente e professionalità ! Torneremo di certo .

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in famiglia in uno degli appartamenti (Deluxe vista mare). Davvero una splendida vacanza grazie al confort della casa e alla gentilezza dei titolari. L'appartamento, pulito e ben arredato è dotato di tutte le strumentazioni necessarie per una piacevole permanenza (ci si sente davvero a casa propria), le pulizie settimanali impeccabili, la posizione favolosa, la vista sul porto davvero suggestiva.
