We came here for our honeymoon. Upon check in, we were greeted by the friendly front desk staff, who congratulated us and upgraded us from a Classic to a Deluxe Room. The room was very spacious and modern, completed with a large lounge chair and had a nice view of the square right in front of the hotel. The shower was very spacious and the whole room was warm to shield us from the cold outside. The hotel location is right in the town square, minutes away from everything. The hotel breakfast also had a good selection of cereal, yoghurt, sausages, eggs, bread, cheese, ham/meat and even rice. The only problem we had was dragging the luggage from the Spicak bus station to the hotel through all the cobblestones. Upon check out, we decided to use the hotel van, the staff kindly loaded all the luggage into the van and took us to the bus station. The hotel van service costs €4 or 100czk per person, and it was worth the hassle of avoiding dragging the luggage through the town. We wish we had booked to stay 2 nights instead as we loved our stay so much.

We arrived and it was a raining day. No uber and no bolt and no taxi around the area! If you have big luggages , call the hotel to pre arrange transfer.
We called, they were busy and just said they do not know where we are !!!! The Bus stand !!!!
Anyway other than that, overall it is a good hotel althought lift out of order, we need to take the stairs.

We chose Hotel OLDINN in Český Krumlov—a town on the UNESCO World Heritage List—for its unbeatable location right on Svornosti Square. The hotel beautifully preserves its architectural heritage while blending it seamlessly with modern comforts.

My overall experience at the hotel was mixed. Its central location made it easy to explore the town, which isn't very big. The staff were kind and helpful; they assisted us when we didn’t know how to call a taxi. However, while we were waiting in the hot weather, a taxi arrived, and we felt bad canceling the one they arranged for us.
Unfortunately, the room experience left much to be desired. The hotel staff mentioned they upgraded us, but the room was too dark and the air conditioning was broken. When we requested to switch back to our original room, we were told it was fully booked, which left us feeling a bit deceived. It seemed like the "upgrade" was more about availability than actual improvement.
We only stayed for one night, so we managed, but I hope for a better experience next time. Additionally, the bed had some cleanliness issues, and while breakfast was okay, the presence of many flies was concerning.
Thank you for the assistance, but I believe there are areas for improvement!
