Even though, we arranged with the owner of the apartment for an one night stay without booking through a platform, she asked us to give her an hour to clean the room, but when we came back with our luggage, which we had carried for 1 km from the parking the owner told us that we couldn't stay because the room got booked from boooking platform. This customer service behaviour was unacceptable, unprofessional and from our point of view should be avoided. Extremely painful experience for a 5 member family.

We had a wonderful time in Cesky Krumlov. Apartment is centrally located (close to central parking place). We had apartment no. 2 it was separate flat with 3 rooms (bathroom with washing machine, living room and bedroom) There was a great cafe on the ground floor which serves coffee and chocolates. Services and prices were very friendly. Only one thing was unlucky it was insufficient sound permeability...
