Alacati Asmali Konak Hotel

Beautiful and quiet environment, rich breakfast. The boss is hospitable and actively helps to find solutions to problems. The hotel is located in the business district of the town, and the scenery is right outside your door! !

It was a complete disaster. We had no hot water for the first two days. The room was so small that two people and two suitcases could barely fit in it. The toilets just stank all the time. Since the room was on the ground floor, you could hear every single step and every single conversation people had. When we asked the hotel owner if we could have our laundry washed, we were told no problem, it would be washed. We were told we don't have to pay anything for it, but we can give something as a kindness. The result was that white laundry can come out with stains that weren't there before. All of the white laundry is now dirty and stained because it was hung on a rack that was dirty and rusty. When we were checking out, the owner stopped us and also asked for money for the laundry, which shouldn't have cost anything. We then told him that the laundry was returned with stains that weren't there. He didn't believe it until the employee himself explained it to him. There was no apology or accommodation. In the end we had to shower for two days without warm water and now we have stains all over our laundry that it's not even clear whether it can ever be cleaned again. So absolutely not recommended!! The only positive thing is the location. But the hotel doesn't have anything more to offer.

Super beautiful homestay, it’s the first time to have such an exquisite breakfast. The handmade fruit jam made by the owner’s mother is super delicious, especially the hawthorn sauce. I finished it! ! ! Highly recommended, the town is also very beautiful, the best photo shoot
