火車站對面，這點倒是方便。但現在門前修路，出行走路開車都不方便。附近有小餐館小超市。房間很小，兩人入住不太合適。

Best stay. Best location. Best breakfast.
Staying for one night for a student event. Our room was clean and calm. Spacious and located on the higher floor. Convenient location beside the train station. Best price I found.
Breakfast was fabulous. Nothing to complain. We will définitely return…

Staff were very polite and helpful. Hadn’t realised that breakfast was included which was great value. Good views of the mountains from the higher floors. The breakfast was very good - everything you could want. No tea and coffee in the room but free hot drinks from a machine 24 hours. Parking was secure.

Quirky Ibis Styles Hotel. Good location for the station but about a 20-minute walk to the centre restaurants. Pre booked parking at an additional cost of 9.5 euros. Good secure car park at the rear of the hotel. Room and hotel has a quirky style. The breakfast area is very small and can be busy, but the lady is looking after it works very hard to keep clean and topped up with food. Young man, on reception, spoke good English. No Accor benefits, no welcome drink ( gold member ), and I had to contact Accor customer service to get loyalty points/night added to my account.

The location (just across from the station) is why we chose the hotel - (1) we arrived by train from Paris (2) next morning, we were able to take the train to Aulnat airport to pickup our car rental from Hertz. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms seemed unusually small (have stayed in many ibis styles properties elsewhere), but beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. Note to guests and hotel staff : there is a train (TER) running between Clermont Ferrand station and Vertaizon, which stops at Aulnat airport and makes for a quick (7 mins) and cost effective (1.5E ticket) airport transfer, which we did eventually take. The frequency is somewhat limited though, so if you can work with that timetable, its a better idea than expensive airport taxis. Just thought I should clarify this, as there seemed to be some confusion over this possibility.

Déçus par cet établissement. Il faut bien contrôler sa facture car on vous compte des suppléments non justifiés. D'autre part, les serviettes sales reposées en vrac sur le portant de la salle de bain. Le lendemain la chambre qui n'a pas été faite. Réponse de l'accueil: le personnel n'a pas bien lu l'étiquette sur la poignée de la porte ! On nous a proposé de nouvelles serviettes ou changer de chambre. Finalement nous avons déménagé nous même dans une autre chambre avec une seule serviette pour 2 personnes. Au petit déjeuner, plus de verre pour le jus de fruits. On vous donne une tasse à café vide à la place pour y boire le jus de fruits. Le réceptionniste ouvre l'accès au parking sans contrôle. À 9,50€ la nuit il n'y a aucune sécurité. Une partie du personnel de cet hôtel est à changer ! Où est la perfection habituelle de chez Ibis ? Même chez Ibis budget c'était mieux. Nous sommes déçus et nous hésitons à changer pour une autre chaîne d'hôtels.
