Good value for the price and very close to the beach, which made it a lovely place to stay. The hotel has decent amenities and overall felt comfortable for a short stay.
The staff were friendly and clearly tried their best, although when we asked for recommendations they were not really able to provide much guidance.
The room itself is quite small, but manageable if you are mostly out exploring.
One important thing to note is the location. The hotel sits in the alley where most of the bars in town are located. Because of this, there was excessive noise and loud music every night until the early hours of the morning. If you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding the balcony rooms as they are the noisiest.
That said, Cha-am itself is a lovely place to visit — very affordable with great food options.
