Spruce Pocket is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath ranch style home with a finished basement. We are about 2 miles from the amazing little town of Salida. The property is within 150 yards of the upper Arkansas River which is one of the premier white water rafting rivers in the US. This section of the Arkansas is also a Gold Medal Fishery. If you have a major league arm and the wind is at your back you can launch a rock from our spacious redwood deck into the river. The Salida Trail System is accessible within a mile challenging accomplished mountain bikers as well as road rookies. Chaffee County has the most 14000' peaks in Colorado. The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of some the most beautiful peaks of the Sangre de Christo Mountain Range.
