The wordt service ever! Reservation responssble was so unkind and unwilling to cooperate! Be cay if you are visitors from.abroad they have bank transfer ecpenses too high, they are not accepting to pay in desk after the prepayment only via bank or credit, soy advice is to pay on advance...in case of cancellation one month before they might say it is free but the rest amount is 1/2 due to bank fees...what is more thay are the most rude people I have ever met

Beste Lage, sehr sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Vor allem die Kompetenz und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft in der Rezeption ist, auch im Vergleich zu Westeuropa, auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Obschon das Hotel fast ausgebucht war (wohl wegen EYOF) war die Ambiance sehr entspannt. Die Zimmer sind schwer aber stylisch und gross, waren wunderbar gekühlt und es war richtig ruhig und entspannt. Preis- Leistung TOP TOP. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Roomservice (Reinigung etc.)

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca 25 Fahrtminuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Zimmer ist groß. Es gibt genug Ablagemöglichkeit, auch im Bad. Das Wlan funktioniert gut. Steckdosen gibt es auch am Bett, aber nur auf einer Seite. Das Bett ist angenehm weich. Heizung gibt es, Klima auch. Es gibt einen TV, Sessel, Tische, Hocker, Kofferablageteil, Kühlschrank, Kleiderbügel. Es gibt einen losen Safe. Es gibt einen Ganzkörperspiegel. Seife und Duschgel gibt es. Ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Früh dunkeln die Vorhänge absolut nicht sb. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Die Rezeptionistin hat sich überaus bemüht. Der Fahrer zum Airport war auch sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir nicht wie vereinbart unsere Lunchpakete bekommen.
