Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

It’s an older hotel. The room was clean and adequate. Comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was limited, but otherwise OK

The location is good and the hotel is really quiet and peaceful. It’s a great choice for family and it’s also a pet friendly resort. Food was at reasonable price and tasty. Breakfast was enough. The downside was the door, the door is quite old hard to secure it. Service is average.

Room quite old need more maintenance and should renovate, AC in one room not cold enough, nice and quiet beach

The location of this hotel is at the ocean and very peaceful and quiet for relaxation. Close by are beach restaurants with good local and foreign foods .

The location is a bit remote. The wifi in the sea view room we stayed in was not working. We also changed to another room and the wifi was still not working. It might be because of the rain and the water was a bit muddy. Everything else was ok.

The location is quite good. It is an old resort that has been renovated. There is still a faint smell. Bathroom equipment looks old. Breakfast buffet is normal. Overall, it's about 3 stars.

The food tastes good and you can't fill it up. There are many spots to wash off before getting out of the sea. I really like it. The accommodation is quiet, really suitable for relaxing. The room has a very beautiful sea view. The hotel's swimming pool is clean.

It seemed like the whole building was just us. So it's quiet and not as crowded as the village below. I really like it. The black coffee in the breakfast set was bland, like it had been mixed with too much water. Few TV channels, not a variety, the picture is not clear. Strong and thorough internet Parking is sufficient.

The external environment is very good. Some of the internal facilities are aging. The breakfast is good and comprehensive.

Good atmosphere, quiet, private beach, very beautiful, not chaotic. The bathroom has a bad smell, but inside the room is okay. The breakfast is delicious. At night, the lack of bright lights makes it scary. At night between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. there is a scary noise. 3-5 times at the door. At first they were all frightened and couldn't sleep. When I opened the door, it looked like a mother dog. lying in front of the door make noise
