Throughout your stay you will enjoy the wonderful surroundings of ranch life and be able to relax in our newly constructed 1bedroom/1bath Ranch hand cabin. This charming getaway includes a large 20 x 26 covered front pavilion furnished for your outdoor enjoyment.The spaceWe are here to provide a home away from home for those travelling alone or with horses. We can provide accommodations for up to 4 horses with our large indoor stalls (stalls will include an upcharge) and free use of our arena. During your stay, you may experience cattle being moved and worked, horses being trained and plenty of team roping practice. Guests are advised to bring or purchase additional supplies after arrival. Bedding, pillows, towels and washcloths are provided for your convenience.Pets: this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs with an additional Pet Fee of $50 per dog per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.Those travelling with horses will also need to contact Customer Care after booking your stay. Stall rentals are $20 per night. Located in Llano/Castell area, enjoy what this lovely 1-bedroom cabin has to offer. With a cozy queen bed, heating, and AC, guests can relax in comfort. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cabin. Lawrence's Tree Haus on the Llano River is perfect to walk down to the river to fish in the amazing fishing hole, go kayaking, canoeing, swimming, grill on the fire pit. It's a great way to spend some time off of work while enjoying the Llano River. Just a quick 10min drive to the famous Castell General Store for an amazing burger or something else delicious on their menu or one of there many festivals. Enjoy the chili cookoff, the testical festival, while having a cold beverage under the amazing trees. Coopers BBQ in Llano is just a short 10min drive from the house as well. Llano, Texas has many events throughout the year for you to enjoy. We also have a house right next door in fact it is the same address. It is called Lawrence Llano River House. Historic Fredericksburg is just an hour drive from this amazing vacation getaway.Here is a little info on the Castell General Store! Built in 1927 by the local blacksmith, this general store in the blink-and-you'll-miss-it town of Castell is your the perfect pit stop on your kayaking trip down the Llano River. Rent your kayak here and then pick up some groceries, cold drinks, flyfishing or hunting supplies, or stop by on burger night every Friday and Saturday for some live music and shuffleboard. Don't miss annual events like the Gumbo Cookoff in December and the Testicle Festival in May, which are a testament to the freewheeling spirit of this quirky hidden gem.
