Fantastic arrangements and extremely co-operative staffs. The success of the business meet was largely due to the venue. Keep up the good work. Food prepared was good too. The tall standing trees gives a cool feel all over. Nice place to visit.

It was very scary as I am frequent travellers in ***** Hotels due to my profession and Sinclairs I have visited for Destination wedding where parents made expenses of Rs30 lac and every enjoy point hotel were telling don’t do that this is not allowed in Bengal. You can surprise our cocktail party where India and abroad person came to attend and they closed at 10 pm even music and singing saying excise department not allowed what is concern singing with excise department If anybody is coming for Destination wedding never select Sinclairs or keep in writting all terms and condition before expending 30 lac or will suggest Rajasthan,Uttrakhand and Goa we know out of 30 lac must go some amount to West Bengal Govt and lot of help we made to local vendors like paid 70000/ to taxi and 10 lac to wedding planner and many more.

It is a two hours drive from Siliguri on NH 10 through Sevoke Road, crossing the Coronation Bridge through tall teak forests, tea gardens with mountains on one side and the Teesta river on the other. The rooms are large and clean situated in isolated cottages spread over 20 acres which were acquired in 1995. The staff are polite and obliging. The restaurant serves good Indian food and wine. The swimming pool is particularly attractive. The hotel organized a jungle safari for us in the adjacent Garumara National park. The driver and guide were knowledgeable and went out of their way to show us as much as they could. The excursion was therapeutic.

It's great place to stay with family in a very calm & cool place. We loved this property for spent quality time with family & friends. Ambiance & Service Quality is world class and hospitality is excellent. All staff's behavior is very courteous, polite and decent and their services are amazing.

Absolutely awesome property, good stuff and their behaviour, food too good . Room quality good, services are too good 👍 very good atmosphere. Playground was not bad. For family trip it was good. Overall i am satisfied . And i am happy. And my family was happy. Thank you Sinclairs

Everything about the retreat was nice, except the toilets. We consider toilets as important as everything else, if not more, so we are forced to give a measured assessment. The fixtures in the toilet were leaky, the water flow was poor, the geyser overheated, and, at one point, the water flow stopped completely. A call to the housekeeping rectified the problem , but we did not expect such an experience. The other issue with the room given to us was the inadequate lighting, making the closet impossible to see without using our mobile phone torches! Despite assurances from the staff, our wooden cottage was far too isolated for a comfortable night's rest. Being senior citizens, the experience of nobody around for hundreds of metres, and surrounded by forests, was not enjoyable. Everything else about the property was excellent; the expansive lawns, the immaculate restaurant, the sweeping views of the countryside from the reception area and the warm hospitality of the staff.

Great relaxation and the swimming pool is excellent Nitesh at the reception was so kind. The restaurant staff and the singer top notch. Such courteous and wonderful people. Lots of love. Elegant and classy property in this locality. Amazing stay
