We recently had the pleasure of staying at the SO Sofitel Bel Ombre and it was an experience to remember, thanks to the exceptional staff and their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Each interaction was marked by genuine kindness, empathy, and a willingness to go above and beyond. Here’s a breakdown of my experience with various departments and individuals: Reception: From the moment we arrived, Hiteen and Vishni at the reception desk made us feel incredibly welcome. Hiteen was always smiling and eager to assist with any requests, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Vishni’s professionalism and warmth were evident, making us feel right at home. Their hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team, particularly Lorena, Nandini, and Jenny, did an outstanding job. Lorena’s attention to detail ensured that our room was spotless every time. Nandini’s friendly demeanour made every encounter pleasant, and Jenny’s efficiency was commendable. Restaurant: Breakfast and dining at the hotel was a delight, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Levi, Anish, Neelam, Anastajia, Dinesh, and Phenella. Levi and Anish were attentive and accommodating, always ready with recommendations and making sure our dining experience was perfect. Neelam and Anastajia’s cheerful attitudes brightened our mornings, while Dinesh and Phenella’s professionalism and warmth added a personal touch to every meal. Cook: Every dish prepared was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The passion for cooking was evident in every bite, and they even took the time to discuss the menu with guests, which added a personal and memorable touch to our dining experiences. We will miss having our breakfast and chatting to Marie Michele and enjoying her recipes. Concierge: Mr. Raj at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Whether it was arranging transportation, suggesting local attractions, or providing detailed directions, Mr. Raj’s assistance was invaluable. His patience and expertise ensured that we had a hassle-free, enjoyable stay and feel like home. Management: Ms. Divya’s leadership was clearly reflected in the high standards of service throughout the hotel. She was approachable and genuinely interested in guest feedback, always seeking ways to enhance the guest experience. Her dedication to excellence was evident in every aspect of the hotel’s operation. Club Cart: Avinash, who handled the club cart services, was always punctual and courteous. His friendly demeanour and willingness to assist with transporting guests around the property added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. Overall, the SO Sofitel Bel Ombre stands out not just for its beautiful surroundings and luxurious amenities, but for the remarkable people who work there. Each staff member we encountered contributed to making our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning to this wonderful hotel. Thank you to everyone
