Hotel near the Massy-Palaiseau RER station for direct trips to central Paris.
Nice pool.
Unmotivated staff.
Couldn't fix the in-room safe.
Lacky response from reception regarding breakfast times, nowhere to be found.
Meager breakfast due to large groups of bus tourists who finished everything, with a lackluster explanation.
Housekeeping was half-hearted, with no clean glasses or coffee cups.
Clutter was left in the stairwell for four days.
The receptionist sent us away at checkout without a clear invoice. We had left a €350 deposit on a credit card. After insisting, I finally received a statement of charges and the balance.
Exit tickets for parking (paid €10/day) didn't work.

It's a quiet place and I'm happy to be able to use the station. There's a supermarket nearby, so I had no problem shopping. There was also a water dispenser, which was nice.

Why two points? Because the room did have a bed, and I do not want to judge overly harshly. This is where the good news ends, however. This hotel seems to be a quite ill-managed place. I offer some examples: first of all, and unacceptably for a hotel in a high-tech park basically in the capital of France, the person welcoming me spoke no English. This made everything that followed extremely complicated. Then, due to a travel mishap, I landed at Charles de Gaulle Airport instead of the nearby Orly Airport. I therefore arrived late and very hungry (as all shops at the airport were already closed). There was nothing the person at the front desk could do about it. There was no vending machine; he had no chocolate or even just something small to offer. In the end, I ordered food via Uber Eats, which took forever, obviously. The next morning, just a few hours later, I was woken up when two hotel employees came into my room, speaking very loudly and not even knocking on the door. Even without them coming in, I would have woken up, as they were so loud. I could continue with this list, but I think this already shows quite impressively where this is going. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.

Highly unfriendly staff. They will only talk if you are talking about money which gets add up to their income, anything else, is like talking to a wall. Unless you are from a cold region, you will suffer in Novotel messy, they don't have heating system in their room. It's in a area where you will get nothing.no medical supplies if you fall sick cause of cold or needs some hygiene products. Make sure, you have a personal vehicle or willing to spend good on taxi as it's really away from metro n bus station to walk in cold. Basically avoid this place if possible.There are better options in sane price range

Our group of 25 people was placed at Novotel Massy Palaiseau as part of a package with Star Tours, and this hotel was one of the worst parts of our trip. From the moment we entered our rooms, we were disgusted to find bed bugs, silverfish, and other types of insects crawling around the beds, bathroom, and even the walls. It was completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. When we approached the front desk about the infestation, the staff—particularly one individual—was extremely unhelpful and shockingly rude. Rather than offering any kind of solution, they yelled at guests, dismissing our concerns and showing absolutely no professionalism or empathy. Because Star Tours couldn’t make alternate arrangements for us that night, our entire group had to sit in the hotel lobby overnight with no sleep, no accommodations, and no support from hotel staff. This was not just uncomfortable—it was a health and safety risk. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Novotel Massy Palaiseau is not up to basic cleanliness standards, and the service is downright hostile. This was a deeply disappointing experience for all of us, especially on a trip we were looking forward to. The only positive part of the situation was our tour guide, Kaiwan. He truly went above and beyond, doing everything in his power to support us despite the circumstances. He was kind, calm, and tried his hardest to make things right. None of this was his fault. The blame lies entirely with the hotel and Star Tours for putting us in such an unacceptable situation. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for a one night stay with our 3 children before flying home. We booked specifically for the pool and it appeared to be close to a park and some restaurants. When we arrived we realized the area is run down, the park is small with no playground and there are almost no restaurants in close proximity.we were forced to war both meals at the overpriced restaurant (I will say the food was decent and the service was very good). The most disappointing was that the pol ended up being closed (it's august) and there were no apologies made for the inconvenience. I would not recommend. I wish we'd stayed in the city center near the train station. Disappointing finish to our trip.

Very nice Hotel in a central place, but yet far from the hectic. Train and bus stop in walking distance. Very nice room, spacious, clean and comfy. Bathroom with shower and usual bathroom amenities. The Restaurant for Breakfast is nice, and the selection OK. For Dinner we invited friends over, and the waiter was fantastic. Spoke English, sadly the menu was only in French, but our friends helped out and we had a great time. My favorite waiter was the Bar waiter. He was funny and very attentive. He made great drinks and ensured I had a good local brew. We came with a 5 year old child and he spoiled her with sweets and tried everything to find a drink for her. We played Billiard in the Lobby and it was fun. When we come back to France and the Paris region, we will return to this Hotel. Really enjoyed it.

Hotel with many contradictions. Well-kept entrance and reception area with the possibility of entertaining with games. As soon as you go up to the floors and enter the rooms, it doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Throughout the evening (and it was also there in the morning) I found a tray with a dirty plate and leftover food in the corridor, without anyone going to get it. Room with many defects. Under the shower surface, there was an exposed hole where wires could be seen. Chipped door handles. Broken shower facilities: missing and rusty buttons. But comfortable bed. Very good breakfast however. Excessive price per night.

Événement anniversaire 50 ans de mon mari en famille et avec des amis. Organisation avec Aline Perissé parfaite : salle privatisée, menus, aides en amont pour les branchements pour visionnages etc et mes souhaits pour la surprise. Tres bonne communication appréciable. Service , repas impeccables etc malgre des réajustements pris en compte . Soirée tres appréciée par mes convives à tous les niveaux . Nous avons pu continuer en petit comité dans le salon d'accueil dans le respect de la tranquillité. Un grand merci à tous ( commerciale, cuisine, personnel du service)! A bientôt !

Nous venons assez régulièrement dans cet hôtel, qui est pratique pour une halte d'une nuit. Il n'est pas très cher par rapport à d'autres hôtels en région parisienne, et malheureusement, ça se comprend. On vous promet un Novotel, mais il ne ressemble pas à la qualité de nombreux Novotel: L'immeuble est usé, les murs sont abimés, la literie est plus que moyenne, la salle de bain défraichie. L'hôtel mériterait de sérieux travaux.

Grand hôtel d'affaires sans charme, mais fonctionnel et pratique par rapport à sa localisation à Massy. Par contre, l'hôtel mériterait un petit lifting. Les salles de réunions sont fonctionnelles et correctement équipées, mais sans plus. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est confortable. Par contre très déçu par le restaurant qui n'est clairement pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel "sensé" être 4 étoiles.
