They denied the stay when i arrived giving an excuse that unmarried couples are not allowed despite the fact that i have stayed there earlier many times with my partner. Then i have to pay again for the stay and they did the process offline. I demand my refund from the make my trip

Location was next to bus station. Absolutely neat and clean hotel in and out. Room spacious clean and with pleasant odour. Polite and courteous staff including owner. Overall stay was perfect !
