They’re thorough and patient. I’m currently dealing with a lot & I feel immensely overwhelmed and scattered brained, unfortunately along with an urgent matter along with family in the hospital. Nevertheless, they have been very considerate and welcoming. It makes a difference. It really does.

loved it !! it was a lot nicer than i figured. the area isn’t bad either and in a . good location to get everywhere !

They only clean by request - and even then its very minimal. Furthermore, they don't make the policy clear at check in. The common areas of the property are very dirty - carpets, baseboards, etc.

DISGUSTING put me in a room where sheets had not been changed. Huge yellow spots on sheets, long black human hair everywhere around pillows, clearly visible and sheets not tucked in but comforter/ bed was made but the Sheets were DIRTY, UNCHANGED, DISGUSTING. Vacuuming was only done minimally as you could see the thick line of dirt all against the walls that was not vacuumed up. Who knows what else they skimp on as far as being sanitary & clean. Front desk changed my room but didn't offer me any credits or anything for inconvenience. I would have demanded a refund but it was late and I had already had to repack and unpack and switch rooms once Never will I stat at a wingate again - especially this one!

We stayed on the second floor and as we walked out the elevator it had a very bad smell. The room smelled the same and we end up with bug bites.

Staff was very nice and hotel had a great breakfast and very good location
