Shibai Cloud Hotel

This is a family run business, who live on the property. Rooms are tidied every morning and the owners do a good job for keeping the place clean. Location is slightly inconvenient as it is about 1.5km from food. There are no restaurants or convenience shops nearby, and the hotel itself does not serve food. Service is excellent. The owners recommended a taxi driver whom we used during our trip to get around. They also gave us good advice on our lost phone.

Clean, tidy and friendly. 5 mins to arrive changbai mountian visitor center north slope. Abt 5-8 mins to reach a lot of restaurant, mini mart. Highly recommend

The hotel was easy to find (15 minutes taxi ride from the train station of North slope). The staff were very accommodating and tried their best to help us to book the tickets to the mountains. They also gave us some dried mushroom as farewell gift. Overall a very good staying experience!

We enjoyed our 3-nights stay here. Owners were very friendly and really helpful in providing tips. Location is great, located right opposite 美人松公园. Nice view from the room.

A fantastic experience with wonderful staff at ShiBai Cloud Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern and very well presented. The lovely lady at reception organised a fantastic driver to pick us up from the train station. He was then available for us during our stay. He was extremely helpful and very very affordable. I highly recommend staying here. And should I be lucky enough to come back to Changbaishan I’ll be booking in here!

The reception was very nice and friendly, staff extremely nice. Hotel location is very pleasant next to a big forest. Room very clean Will come again for sure.

It is a small hotel with an intimate feel. As a foreigner, I had to fill in an additional excel form, but the staff used Wechat to communicate with me, and I was allowed to check in and complete the forms in my room. The hotel staff also provided the wechat account for a taxi driver to get to the North slope gate (30-45 minutes away, depending on traffic) and the account to purchase tickets to the mountain (you need to pick time to enter the work, and there are caps on the number of visitors per hour). My room was bright and cheerful, with a remote-control activated toilet. Complimentary water was provided, but the room lacked a box of paper tissues (that was more of a surprise than an inconvenience). I was pleased with the breakfast because I'm a vegetarian and there were many options. The location is about a 12 minute walk from the main shipping street in town with restaurants.
