I quickly contacted Ctrip customer service to handle it, and later made up the difference. Not long after, I found that the hotel price had become higher again. , the price has changed twice on this day, and there is no discount for booking in advance. Friends who book this hotel need to pay attention to not suffering a loss. Just 10 minutes later, I discovered that the room for the next day could not be booked. I hoped that the coordinator could extend my stay for one night with the same room. After consultation, I was told that the reception team had no room. Since I really came here to do business, I still hope that I can not change. Place, through Ctrip customer service coordination and feedback, the hotel said that you can stay in the same room type, but you have to pay a high price and cannot stay at Ctrip price. There is no sympathy at all. I can understand if there is no room, but if there is a room with a floor-mounted price, it is really a big hotel that is not bullying guests at all. The style of Huazhu Group, the Ctrip customer service girl has been trying to help contact me, and the hotel has not told the price after many times of communication. I didn't expect to stay here anymore. When I checked in, I found stains on the bed sheets and contacted the guest room to have them changed. The TV couldn't be turned on at night and I had to come over to adjust it around 10 o'clock. At breakfast the next morning, the restaurant could not find my room. Although I was allowed to go in and eat, the system did not match it for some unknown reason. During the whole hotel check-in and taking the elevator, I saw that the hotel staff did not take the initiative to say hello. They were not as good as the service staff of a Samsung hotel. Except for a warm smile from a leader at the front desk when checking out, the staff felt like strangers to the guests throughout the entire process. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service for coordinating my entire stay. Although I did not succeed in extending my stay, I have been negotiating with the hotel.
